Gentle Flow

This yoga class is an opportunity for students to move slowly and gently with the breath. each week you practice flowing yoga sequences and breathing and meditation techniques. Because of the beauty and simplicity of each week’s flow, it is suitable for beginners, students who prefer a more restful practice, those with physical limitations, recovering from an illness or are rehabilitating from an injury. Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:15pm followed by tea.
