Ashtanga Yoga as traditionally practised in Mysore, India. Students move through a flowing sequence of postures at their own pace with individual tuition and hands-on adjustments.
Attend 3 or 6 times per week, starting between 5:45am – 6:00am with prior booking.
Beginners are requested to attend 5 days per week for the first month to help remember the sequence.
Note: there are no weekday morning Mysore classes on the new and full moon.
Memberships start on the 1st of each month. Yet if you wish to start mid month be in touch.
