Our Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal Yoga programs are designed to celebrate your transition into this new stage of life. These classes help you stay fit and healthy during pregnancy while also providing the opportunity to connect with other women and birthing people on the same pregnancy journey. As parents ourselves, we know the importance of specialised classes during the pregnancy and post-natal period. Taught by postgraduate trained pregnancy Yoga Teachers, our programs offer yoga sequences and mindfulness techniques that will enhance your journey, help you prepare for birth, and enjoy the first months with your newborn.
