Why Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga ?
Our Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal Yoga programs are designed to celebrate your transition into motherhood. These classes help you stay fit and healthy during pregnancy and while also providing the opportunity to connect with other woman on the same pregnancy journey. As parents ourselves we know the importance of specialised classes during the pregnancy and post natal period. Taught by mothers who are post graduate trained pregnancy Yoga Teachers, our programs offer yoga sequences and mindfulness techniques that will enhance your journey into motherhood, help you prepare for birth and enjoy the first months with your newborn.
