Vinyasa Yoga Beginners
We offer either a 4 week Vinyasa Yoga Beginners Course, or a one off Beginners Yoga Workshop.
These programs are created specifically for students new to yoga and will help teach you the fundamentals for a safe and rewarding Vinyasa yoga practice. Vinyasa means matching breath and movement and this style of yoga is deeply calming and rejuvenating. You will learn the fundamentals in an open and supportive environment, with the opportunity to ask questions and modify the practice/postures to suit individual needs, so that your first drop in class feels comfortable. Our Beginners Vinyasa Workshop and Courses are taught by our most experienced teachers and have limited numbers.
Beginners Yoga Workshops
For those with a busy schedule that can’t commit to 4 consecutive weeks this is a one off class that comes with a free pass and enables you to feel prepared for our drop in classes. Monday at 7:15pm taught by teachers with 20+ years of teaching experience! Cost is $35.
Vinyasa Yoga Beginners Course
Our 4 week yoga beginners course runs on Thursdays at 5:15pm and comes with a free pass. Cost is $80.
