What is Vinyasa?
A general drop-in yoga class based on the philosophy of Vinyasa, meaning to link breath with movement. Our Vinyasa classes are dynamic and link postures together in a free flowing sequence.
All levels of students are welcome to both our Slow Flow and Fast Flow Vinyasa. Slow Flow is a more nurturing sequence with more alignment cues. Fast Flow is exactly as the name suggests! We build up more heat in the body and move through a sequence dynamically. Both are suitable for all practitioners, but if you have an injury, or have been away from practice a slow flow is a great way to start.
Advanced practitioners are welcome and will appreciate the more subtle aspects of the class. We also have Advanced Vinyasa – a Fast Flow class with Advanced options.
