Ashtanga Mysore (monthly bookings)

Ashtanga Yoga as traditionally practised in Mysore, India. Students move through a flowing sequence of postures at their own pace with individual tuition and hands-on adjustments.

Attend 3 or 6 times per week, starting at 6am with prior booking.

Beginners are requested to attend a Beginners Course, Ashtanga Led class or, with some Ashtanga experience, a drop-in Mysore class (Thurs/Sun) to become familiar with the practice. Sometimes we have room for a dedicated beginner in the morning program - contact us.

Note there are no weekday morning Mysore classes on the new and full moon.
