Psychology and Counselling

We use evidence-based mind-body techniques alongside talk therapy to empower you to make choices to live a meaningful and connected life.

Our Psychologists and Counsellors are experienced yoga and meditation practitioners and teachers. Therapy at Yoga Space occurs in the context of encouraging you to use the tools of yoga and meditation to support your physical and emotional health. Sometimes yoga or meditation is not enough and we need additional support and guidance to move forward in life. This is a supportive space to connect with your own wisdom.

The evidence base for mindfulness and yoga is flourishing. Each of our sessions includes a 10-minute guided practice to complement your talk therapy.

Availability and costs of session vary. Please see our Therapists below alongside their availability. Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please see our terms and conditions for bookings here. By booking an appointment you agree that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
