A Warm Welcome
We love welcoming new students to our studio. Here you will find information about visiting our studio for this first time. Whether you are a yoga beginner or deeply dedicated practitioner we have classes and programs for you. All our classes and courses are developed by Dr Jean Byrne & Dr Rob Schutze, Senior Yoga teachers. Our classes are taught by friendly and experienced teachers who live their yoga. Please do get in touch if you still have questions, all questions from yoga beginners are welcomed!
We love teaching beginner’s yoga! If you are a yoga beginner feel free to Drop In to any of these classes: Slow Flow Vinyasa, Freedom Fridays and Yin classes. If you would like a more dedicated practice we accept yoga beginners into our morning Ashtanga Program (Mysore Program).
If you want a little more support starting your journey join a Beginners Course or Workshop! Designed to ease you into a safe and rewarding yoga practice, numbers are limited and these classes are taught by our most experienced teachers.
Want to learn Ashtanga Yoga? If you are fit and active with no injuries this 6 Week Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course is the most dynamic place to start.

Want to try our studio for a month to see if it is the yoga home you are searching for? Then please buy our New Student Special which is $49 for a month of Unlimited Drop In Yoga. Memberships also provide amazing value for money for regular practitioners. Visit our pricing page to find out more. This option can be bought at your first class. Just turn up five minutes prior to meet your teacher and sign up for the special.
