I found the reset really helpful ... it got easier by the third week but the first week was hard! It was reassuring that the intro videos did acknowledge this. I found the meditation easier to do in the evenings or if I had already practiced yoga - it was hardest in the mornings but I think more valuable as made me feel more focused and alert afterwards. Doing it in the evening was helpful for getting to sleep and winding down and I definitely noticed this after a stressful day that it reduced my heart rate. I thought the yoga practices were super manageable and I also enjoyed the restorative bonus practice which was really nice.
