I have been loving the online membership with The Yoga Space. As a FIFO wife with 3 children and a job it gives me huge flexibility, I can work around my schedule and also do yoga when my husband is away. I love that I can do the classes from the comfort of my own living room which saves me valuable time that I would lose getting to a class and back home again.

What I am also very impressed with is that, depending on what class I am taking, if there are poses that are more advanced/crucial to get right, the instructor will come and check through the screen and help out with suggestions if necessary.

Taking classes through Zoom hasn't taken away from the experience at all for me, the instructors are all wonderful and easy to follow.
