Passes & Membership 

 

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. Continued use of the services and/or payment of membership fees is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between Yoga Space Perth Pty Ltd (‘Yoga Space’) and you, the ‘client’ or ‘student.’

1.  Yoga Space reserves the right to refuse entry.
2. All persons attending Yoga Space agree to act with respect for the dignity of all staff and students. Racism, sexism, homophobia, and discrimination of any kind will result in exclusion from the premises/event/class.
3. No phones in sight at the school unless prior permission has been given. Phones should be on airport mode, not vibrate
4. Please clean mats after use and use towels or sarongs over bolsters.
5. You are not to take photos of others before, during, or after classes/events
6. We endeavor to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. The schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Yoga Space is not liable to refund, transfer, or compensate due to classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason.
7. Please avoid bringing valuables to class. YogaSpace is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
8. All purchases are final. YogaSpacedoes not offer refunds on services/products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address, or any reason.
9. You agree to inform your teacher of any illness, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any event that could impact your practice.
10. You agree to take responsibility for your practice at all times, make decisions during practice for your own comfort. Rest anytime you like.
11. If you attend classes at or with (online or other venues) Yoga Space, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yoga Space or its members for any property damage/loss, or wrongful death, personal injury, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
12. You agree that Yoga Space Perth Pty Ltd is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on this website and the owner of all content included, but not limited to blogs, teacher training materials/course structure, and event information/marketing content. These works are protected by copyright. You are permitted to print a hard copy for your personal, non-commercial use, provided always that you do not alter or modify the content. Other use requires written consent.

• Memberships are ongoing and roll over every four (4) weeks.
• Membership fees cannot be refunded or transferred, and contracts roll over every 12-week commitment
• Payment is via direct debit from your account or credit card. The cost of AMEX/Diners is paid by the client
• Dishonour fees are paid by the client.

• Memberships must be active and can not be cancelled during a suspension.
• Community memberships terms are strictly twelve (12) weeks. After that time, to cancel a membership, email [email protected] with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next payment date. If we do not receive the required 7-day notice, the scheduled payment will be debited and cannot be refunded.
• Casual memberships can be cancelled with 7 days' notice. Email [email protected] with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next payment date. If we do not receive the required 7-day notice, the scheduled payment will be debited and cannot be refunded.
• You will receive an email confirmation to advise that your cancellation has been processed.
• If you do not receive confirmation within 5 days of sending your request, please contact us as your request may not have been received.

 

Suspensions/pausing your membership:

• Memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks per year, with a minimum suspension period of 7 days.
• Pausing of Membership must be done in advance with a minimum of 7 days' notice via email to [email protected]. Please include in your email the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period).
• You will receive an email confirming your suspension request within 5 days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the studio as we may not have received your request, and your membership will not be suspended.
•  Memberships can not be cancelled while paused. Only active memberships can be cancelled.
• Your direct debit dates may change after a suspension from the previous setup up depending on the length of your suspension.

 

Set up and dishonour fees:

• There is a one-off establishment fee for direct debit memberships. This is a one-off fee paid by Yoga Space. Any future setup fees are paid by the students.
• Ezidebit will charge you a dishonour fee for any payments that can not be processed (eg. insufficient funds or expired cards).
• We reserve the right to charge reasonable administration fees for students whose payments fail regularly.
• We reserve the right to terminate memberships for students who fail to respond to correspondence from us regarding failed payments.

 

Class Passes 

• Class passes are non-refundable or transferable, even if purchased by error.
• Class passes must be used in a 3-month timeframe. No extensions, refunds, transfers will be permitted.
• Cancellations must be made via the booking system by the student. We do not accept cancellations by any other means.  If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window, that class will be forfeited.
• Drop-in class cancellations must be made via Yoga Space’s online booking system or mobile app up to 12 hours before a group class. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window, the class will still be deducted from your class credit/package.

 

Private Classes, Counselling & Psychology

• There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for private sessions (counselling/private yoga/yoga therapy/psychology/mentoring). If you do not cancel your booking within this time or do not turn up, you will be charged the full session amount.

 

Counselling and Psychology

• Sessions run for 50 mins.
• Please wait outside until the door is opened.
• Payment is at the time of booking
• With notice, clients are welcome to switch from in-person to Zoom if they can not make it in for the appointment.
• We do not provide court reports.
• Provisional Psychologists do not attract Medicare rebates.
