Ashtanga Mysore Program
Learn the beauty of this flowing practice as taught in Mysore, India. Our program supports you at any stage of life. The Mysore room is a quiet and sacred space, where each person moves through the Ashtanga sequence at their own pace supported by a teacher.

Vinyasa & Meditation
A meditative flowing class to deepen your practice with an experienced teacher. Learn to still the mind, break free from mental patterns and integrate the philosophy of yoga off the mat. All levels welcome.

Wake Up Vinyasa
Wake up Vinyasa will leave you ready to embrace the day ahead. This practice includes breath work, strengthening and fluid flow. Get ready to sweat! All levels catered for. Book in advance.

Healing Hatha
A trauma sensitive, adaptable sequence for beginners and anyone who needs to slow down and embrace ease in their mind and body. Perfect those with chronic health conditions, persistent pain, fatigue, injuries or who are neurodivergent. Has your GP or Psychologist recommended yoga? This is the place to start.

Sunrise Sadhana
A trauma sensitive, adaptable sequence for beginners and anyone who needs to slow down and embrace ease in their mind and body. Vinyasa
An excursion into breath, movement and mindfulness. Taught by dedicated practitioners and experienced teachers find your way home to your breath and body. There are options for all levels of practitioners.

Yin + Breathwork
Move towards wholeness and settle into present moment awareness and quiet the mind with a class that interweaves Yin Yoga postures and Breathwork.
In this class be introduced to ways in which the breath can be channeled to find diaphragmatic freedom, concentration and absorption. Begin to explore not just modern day 'breath work' inspired by holotropic breathing and the work of Stanislav Grof, but the ancient practice of yogic pranayama.

Intuitive Vinyasa
A class that will keep you curious, challenge you and nourish you all at the same time. Explore your mind and body, learn to navigate difficulties both on and off the mat. Know when to strengthen your resolve and when to soften. Saturdays are an extended faster flowing variation on this class type. Thursdays are for all levels.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga focuses on exercising the deeper layers of the physical body, mainly the joints and connective tissues of the hips and lower back.
In this quiet practice, your energy levels are restored as you move into stillness and relax into the postures.
Yin yoga is a wonderful complement to your dynamic (Yang in nature) yoga practices, and can help to open the hips and create more mobility in the spine.
