Journey to Wholeness
Silent Retreat
Nov 5-9, 2025
Befriend and integrate all parts of yourself to live in wholeness.
When is the last time you just stopped? What patterns are you living with that you need a little space from? When were you last nurtured and deeply cared for? Do you have a yearning for something more? This retreat will remind you of what is real and true. It will connect you to the deeper parts of yourself. You will leave knowing each day you walk on this earth is sacred and can be treated as such. You will begin to befriend all your parts.

Nov 5-9 2025 DenmarK, WA
It’s time to love all the parts of yourself.
We spend much of our lives just surviving. Even if we’re physically safe, we’re often in self protection mode, just getting through. Coping. The deeper, wiser, more loving Self is often eclipsed by these protective parts, which make us rush, worry, lash out, or numb ourselves.
How can we come into wise relationship with all these parts, to honour their intent while staying connected to wisdom and compassion? This retreat will help you remember who you are and why you are here. You'll have the opportunity to do the deep work of integration led by Dr Jean Byrne, Dr Rob Schutze and with support teaching from Kerry Holborow.Ā
I need this! Book me a room.
It was a life-affirming, joyful experience that I'm truly grateful for, and I will remember for a long time to come.
It has refocused my energy, so I have more capacity to show loving-kindness towards the people I encounter in my home, work and social life.
