We would love you to join us in paradise to connect, restore, and explore your practice. This retreat is an opportunity for reflection, connection with the community, and adventure. We will interweave asana and meditation with Yoga and Buddhist philosophy to inspire and cultivate peace.

Lanka Yoga

Your home for the week. Tucked along the quiet shores of Koggala Lake in Duwa village, Lanka Yoga is a purpose-built yoga retreat centre for yoga teacher training and retreats. 

This retreat is designed to make your trip experience as smooth, simple, and peaceful as possible.

Inclusions:

- Six nights' accommodation
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner & fruit
- Twice daily teaching
- Trip to Galle, a nearby historical town
- Two morning trips to beautiful beaches

A day on retreat


Start your day with morning sadhana, which will include breathwork, silence, and asana practice. Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing breakfast from Lanka Yoga's chef-designed vegan menu.

During the middle of the day, there will be the opportunity for beach trips, pool time, massages, cooking classes, and exploring the historic town of Galle. There will be late afternoon or evening sadhana practice for time to reflect, chant, meditate, and learn yogic philosophy.

Delicious lunches and dinners are included, plus there is an onsite Cafe for any extra nibbles.
