Ā Silent Yoga &
Meditation Retreat
NOVEMBER 10 - 14, 2027
Befriend and integrate all parts of yourself to live in wholeness.
When was the last time you just stopped? What patterns are you living with that you need a little space from? When were you last nurtured and deeply cared for? Do you have a yearning for something more?
This retreat will remind you of what is real and true. It will connect you to the deeper parts of yourself. You will leave knowing each day you walk on this earth is sacred and can be treated as such. You will begin to befriend all your parts.
NOVEMBER 10-14, 2027
Time to love all of you
Denmark, Western Australia
We spend much of our lives just surviving. Even if we’re physically safe, we’re often in self-protection mode, just getting through. Coping. The deeper, wiser, more loving Self is often eclipsed by these protective parts, which make us rush, worry, lash out, or numb ourselves.
How can we come into a wise relationship with all these parts, to honour their intent while staying connected to wisdom and compassion?
This retreat will help you remember who you are and why you are here. You'll have the opportunity to do the deep work of integration led by Dr Jean Byrne, Dr Rob Schutze and with support teaching from Kerry Holborow.

The dailyĀ rhythm details...
Ā
Wake to a cup of tea under the towering trees of the ancient forest. Begin your day with meditation and breathwork. Each morning we share a simple morning mantra and ritual that you can bring back with you into your everyday life. Then there is time for a longer asana practice.
Ā After breakfast, you are guided through meditation and introspection. Afternoons include restorative yoga and a guided meditative walk. Following dinner is a time for reflection on the path, meditation and befriending all our parts to live in wholeness.
Ā Food is by the team at Sunny Peach Kitchen. Jess, the owner, will share with us inspirations on how to bring joy into the everyday preparation of meals, introducing us to her philosophy before we move into silence. Breakfasts, dinners, lunches, snacks and tea included. Everything is gluten-free and vegetarian, with vegan options.
Places are strictly limited.Ā Refunds are not available, but you can transfer your place to others. We also have an emergency phone on site in case your loved ones need to contact you. This retreat is a digital detox.
